Lakeisha

When we met Lakeisha, she was pregnant with her fifth child. She had recently moved out of her house and was living in one room with all of her children. Our Care Coordinators worked to connect her with the resources to help meet her immediate needs. From there, a team of Human Coalition supporters provided Lakeisha with tangible help and emotional support. Our team helped Lakeisha see that she did not want to make a permanent decision from temporary feelings. The commitment of our women’s care clinic staff and the generosity of our supporters inspired Lakeisha to choose life for baby Grace.
