Linda Francisco

National Human Resources Director

Linda Francisco serves as the National Human Resources Director for Human Coalition, where she is passionate about serving and caring for each employee.   

One of Linda’s primary goals is to lead a health-giving work environment that encourages employees to be who they are and give them the opportunity to maximize their talents for personal and organizational growth. Linda believes as the organization continues to flourish internally, it will expand Human Coalition’s ability to rescue more preborn children and walk with women and their families through their journey.    

Linda has previously served as a Human Resources Director and has been a SHRM Certified Professional for over 13 years. She has served in various executive and leadership roles in large non-profits for 35 years, bringing a  variety of skills and expertise to this position.  

Linda has a solid Christian faith-based foundation, has a heart for people, and knows that God has called her to serve and bring hope to others.   

She attended Evangel University where she studied Business Management & Psychology.   

Linda is happily married to Kevin, and they have seven adult children, plus spouses, and eight grandkids.  Her kids live from California to Florida, and places in between.  She loves spending time with family, traveling, watching Kansas City Chiefs football, going to the beach, and just enjoying life. She also loves animals and currently has a couple of Great Dane’s.
